Ice regulations

Ice regulations
Grazer Winterwelt

These ‘ice regulations’ must be strictly adhered to.

The instructions of the staff must be followed at all times.

Use of the entire premises and the ice rink is at your own risk!

We accept no liability for any accidents!

Parents are liable for their children.

We recommend wearing helmets. These can be borrowed from us.

The ice surface is slippery, so there is a risk of slipping. There is also a risk of slipping in the area of the cooling pipes and units as well as in the spectator area. Therefore, care must be taken to avoid black ice throughout the entire premises/event area!

Please behave considerately on the ice and skate carefully and risk-free for yourself and others. This applies in particular to children and beginners.

In the case of school classes, the supervisors and, in the case of clubs, the officials ensure compliance with the rules and the Youth Protection Act.

In the case of children and young people, the legal guardians or persons authorised by them must ensure compliance with the rules and the Youth Protection Act.

Use is only permitted with a valid admission ticket.

Smoking is not permitted.

If you hire skates, a deposit is required. Only identity documents with a photograph are accepted as a deposit. Alternatively, € 25,- per pair of skates can be deposited.

No liability is accepted for lost or damaged items and private belongings (especially in the cloakroom).

The deposit will only be returned against the return of the skates. The borrower is liable for the proper return of the skates. If the skates are lost, they must be replaced at the replacement value.

Please dispose of your waste in the waste bins provided for this purpose.

Please help us to keep the ice rink in the best possible condition!

Please report accidents to the Eismeister immediately.
